Who we are

TORNADO DANCE (tornadodance.0118001.xyz) is a cultural project about the world of dance. For any question about your data, write to hello@tornadodance.0118001.xyz.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name (optional), email address, subject, message and the interface language. We do not ask for any other personal data.

Why we use it

Only to read and answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Where it is stored and who receives it

Your enquiry is stored on the project's server and recorded in the project's CRM system (Bitrix24), where the team handles enquiries. An automatic confirmation is sent to you from hello@tornadodance.0118001.xyz through the project's mail server. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Community

If you sign in to the community we store your e-mail address (to send sign-in links), the public name, role and organisation you choose, and what you write (threads, replies, links) and report. Your name and role are shown next to your posts unless you hide your profile. New members’ posts are reviewed by a moderator; reports and moderation actions are logged. Sign-in links are valid for 20 minutes and work once. You can hide or delete your profile at any time with one click; deleting also deletes your threads and replies. We do not sell this data and use it only to run the community.

Technical data

When you visit the site, the server records technical data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type in security logs, which are kept for a limited period. To protect the form from spam, your IP address is also counted in the server's memory for up to 24 hours; this counter is not saved.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no analytics, advertising cookies or trackers. If you sign in to the community, one strictly necessary session cookie (td_sid) keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out removes it. Music and video links open YouTube in a new tab; YouTube’s own privacy policy applies there.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and to continue the correspondence. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent — just write to hello@tornadodance.0118001.xyz. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
